Amadeus Process Customer Value for Inventory

This course describes the Process Customer Value (PCV) application that is accessed via the Amadeus Application Launcher and used by processes within Amadeus Altéa Inventory, and Amadeus Reservations. The purpose of PCV for Inventory is to enable the passenger ranking on a waitlist confirmation.

On this course, you will learn how to set up the waitlist confirmation Process Customer Value (PCV) rule in line with your airline business objectives.

This course covers the following topics:

How to create and maintain business rules for qualifying and ranking passengers.
Demonstration of PCV with business scenarios.
Prioritisation for auto waitlist clearance process.
Exercises on creating and validating rules in an automated waitlist scenario
