Amadeus delivers their airline instructor-led training sessions in multiple formats. Each format has its own requirement for a successful training experience.
Classroom: Amadeus training centres
Requirements:
- Travel to Nice, France or Bangkok, Thailand
- Visas to enter either France or Thailand
- Hotel reservation
Classroom: On-site at the customer's training centre.
Requirements:
- High-speed internet connection (> 25 Mbps)
- A large monitor (27 inch or greater) or two monitors
- Overhead projector with connecting cables for the trainer's laptop
- Microsoft Office installed on all training computers (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Adobe Reader installed on all training computers
- Flip chart
Virtual: Customers connect online from a remote location.
Requirements:
- High-speed internet connection (> 25 Mbps)
- Access to Zoom/Teams via internet (not mobile)
- Headsets with microphones, a webcam
- A large monitor (27 inch or greater) or two monitors
