What are the public, in-person training session conditions?
We require:
- A minimum of 6 participants per session
- A minimum duration of 5 training days per session
Already certified on an Altéa solution but having some challenges in meeting your business goal?
We have added a new collection of Advanced training courses to several of our PSS products. In these new courses, you will learn to fix your pain points using analysis and real-world practice exercises. These courses can be delivered as a public training session or a dedicated training session. The only mandatory prerequisite is to be certified on that functional product or pass our online test. Currently we cover Altéa Reservation Desktop Web, Altéa Inventory and Altéa Departure Control - Customer Management at the Nice and Bangkok locations.
